Company History

Journey since 1990

In 1990, Bhargav Brass Industries was founded. Through modest contracts for job works involving metal components, our pioneering entrepreneur Mr. Amrutlal K. Vasoya started the journey of constructing Bhargav Brass Industries brick by brick. To this day, we are the experts for various grades of various materials such as steel, stainless steel, tool steel, Inconel, titanium, cobalt, bronze, brass, aluminum, and copper to be partner suppliers to big branded global companies.

The Growing Story of Bhargav Industries

Initially, we operated a small workshop with room for just three or four conventional turning machines to handle a small number of job works including customized brass products and a restricted clientele of those same three or four people.

Then, in 1990, Bhargav Industries underwent a sea change when we opened a brass casting foundry and expanded our conventional turning machinery to include up to 15-20 pieces of equipment and hardcore engineering staff that were available to our clients all across the country.

We expanded even further in 2000, adding four to five CNC machines, one VMC, and a forging press to produce forging components until 2005.

Due to our superior quality and precision, we were able to become the proud pioneers of Indian metal components sold internationally in 2005. To this day, we continue to gain the trust of our renowned clients throughout the world, who collaborate with us to build their brands.

Since our customers were so happy working with us, we were able to meet their expanding needs in 2007 by offering Copper Sand Casting Components, Manganese Bronze Parts, Brass & Copper Turned Parts and allied products.

In order to improve commitment quality, we invested in metallurgical lab instruments from 2010 to 2015. These included a microscope, a tensile and elongation tester, a Rockwell hardness tester, a platting and thickness coating testing equipment, and a spectrometer.

We purchased instruments such as a profile projector, digital air gauges, a roundness tester, height gauges, ultra-sonic sorting machines that can measure every small component in as little as five seconds with fully automotive facilities, and CMM in order to achieve dimensional accuracy by 2016. We purchased more well-known imported HAAS INC, MAZAK CNC Machines, VMC Machines, TMC Machines, Sliding Headstock Machines of SUGANI, and CNC Grinding Machines in the same year in order to expand our production capacity.

2018 marked the year that we achieved leadership as we established enduring commercial ties with the renowned Fortune 500 Companies Worldwide.
